“Oh, of course not!” He fishes out a bunch and hands it over. “That’s why I’m making all of this stuff, so you all can have at least something fresh to eat until the house starts behaving properly again.” He casts a glance to the side on that last bit, almost like an actor addressing the audience. If yelling at the ceiling wasn’t getting results maybe he needs to direct his frustration in a different direction. Surely eventually the spirits will get the hint, right?
