Dionysus is in a kitchen, apron tied over a purple dress with vine details, singing to himself as he uses a melon baller to scoop out a watermelon. The large bowl next to him is already full of honeydew melon and cantaloupe, and he's got a few other ingredients nearby ready to add in once he's done with the watermelon. Mint leaves, some honey, some lemon juice, and some lime juice.

It has been quite an eventful time lately, but overall his life is pretty great right now.

In need of something to eat, Aleksander made his way to the closest kitchen and found Dionysus there. He smiled warmly as he stepped inside, glad for the chance to be distracted from his thoughts. "Hello, Dionysus! It is good to see you."

Tress briefly stops short as she walks into the kitchen and sees it's already occupied, but upon catching a glimpse of what Dionysus is making, she smiles. "That looks good!"

"Uncle D! Are these the ones I helped grow?"

[vineleaves]

"Oh, I'd give it all for you, I'd give it 'cause the mountains I climb get higher and higher," he's singing as Aleksander walks in. "I'm running through time, and walking through fire, and -- Oh! Hi sweetie! How're you?"

He stops singing when he notices her come in and smiles. "Thank you! Would you like some when I'm done putting it all together?"

[vineleaves]

"A fly's foot-fall would be distinctly heard!" he's singing, but pauses long enough to say, "Yep! Hungry?" before he goes right back in with, "Ta-ran, ta-ra! Ta-ran, ta-ra."

"Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm," says Magnus. "Okay?"

Enjolras is on the hunt for something to snack on as he writes in the library -- preferably bread or something, perhaps some cheese if he can find it; but he pauses when he sees the kitchen is occupied.

"Ah. Pardon me."

"Sure! Do you need any help?"

He's singing Nowadays when Enjolras walks in, and dancing a little in place as he scoops out pieces of the watermelon. "Oh! Hello dear, how're you?" he says with a cheerful grin. "I feel like it's been ages!"

"I'm almost done getting this ready."

[vineleaves]

"I wouldn't turn it down!" He nods to the other half of the watermelon that he hasn't gotten to just yet. "Want to help scoop?"

"All right." She goes for a drawer to look for another melon baller.

[vineleaves]

"Thank you, it'll go by much quicker with help."

[sporesprouter]

"It works out that way more often than you'd think," she says as she finds another melon baller and gets to work.

[untamedantinous]

"I've been about." He's been keeping to himself for the most part, aside from spending time with Laertes, Sagramore, and now Sunny pretty frequently. "I did not mean to interrupt, I was only looking for a snack."

[vineleaves]

"Teamwork makes the dream work, or, whatever."

[vineleaves]

"What... what were you interrupting?" Like, he can scoop out watermelon with or without company. "But if you have a few minutes to wait around you can have some of this when I'm done making it, if you would like."

She laughs. "Oh, that's clever¹!"

¹Yes, I'm gonna say the phrase still manages to have the same effect in Klisian.

"What is... this?"

[vineleaves]

He thinks it should be obvious, but he does say, “Fruit salad. Going to put honey and mint in it too.”

[vineleaves]

“I can’t take credit for it, unfortunately,” he explains cheerily. “I’ve created many things, but that phrase is not one of them.”

“Dionysus.” Claudius greets his god with a kiss on the cheek, before stepping back on kitten heels, taking in his dress and apron. “A vision as always. If I were making fanciful comparisons, I’d call thee the god of good taste, but that wouldn’t be going far enough. How dost thou?”

"You've created many things up to and including a delicious looking fruit salad."

Magnus would have got there, but he had been very distracted by the song, Uncle D!!! "Yum."
