Dionysus wraps one arm around Grantaire and positions himself so his palms are on the back of Grantaire's hands, a la that pottery scene in Ghost¹. He makes vines grow, materializing close enough to Grantaire's hands that it would look to anyone who didn't know better like he was the one doing it, not Dionysus. It'll probably feel a little warm to Grantaire, like resting in the shade in the summertime. Only, you know, localized to his hands.

The vines dance around a little, make a heart in the air, then turn into a small pile of leaves as they fall to the bed. "There, now you have."
